Personalized gifts, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed. Please ensure to double-check your specifications before placing an order for these items.

Terms and Conditions for Garments, Jewelry, Decor Items, Machinery, and Gifts Items:

Video Documentation of Parcel Opening:
When receiving a product from Wedding Kalakar India, we require customers to create a video recording of the parcel opening process. This video should clearly show the unboxing of the product, including any packaging materials used.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Wedding Kalakar India is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please follow our return and exchange policy as outlined below:

Notification Requirement:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it is imperative that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Failure to do so may result in your return or exchange request being denied.

Damaged Products:
In the case of receiving a damaged product, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Send these images to info@weddingkalakar.com along with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the damage and proceed with the return or exchange process accordingly.

Incorrect Items Received:
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the incorrect item, and any supporting photographs if necessary. We will promptly address the issue and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
Wedding Kalakar India does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product damage or receiving an incorrect item. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or dislike the product.

Wallpaper Stickers:
Wallpaper stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
