Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, within 7–10 business days after the return of the product.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to the bank account or UPI provided by the customer.

Personalized Gifts Policy
Personalized gifts, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
Customers are requested to double-check all customization details before placing the order.

Video Documentation of Parcel Opening
When receiving a parcel from Wedding Kalakar India, customers are required to record a clear video while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel
- The full unboxing process
- The product and packaging material
This video is mandatory proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
Without this video proof, claims may not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
Wedding Kalakar India is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, please follow the guidelines below.
Notification Requirement
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Failure to notify within 48 hours may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product.
- Take photos of the outer packaging.
- Send them to info@weddingkalakar.com with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
Our team will verify the issue and proceed with replacement or return accordingly.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your Order Number
- Provide photos of the product received
After verification, we will arrange to send the correct product.
Non-Returnable Items
Wedding Kalakar India does not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Customer does not like the product
- Ordered by mistake
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Wallpaper Stickers
All wallpaper stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their application nature.
Advance COD Policy
If you place an order with Advance COD payment and refuse to accept the parcel at delivery, the COD charges will not be refunded.
If the advance payment amount is higher than the courier charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your Bank Account or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
Personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes, disagreements, or legal matters relating to our products and services shall be governed by the laws of Kota, Rajasthan, India.
Any disputes arising from:
- Use of our services
- Purchase of our products
- Any related matters
shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
