REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 06 June 2026

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Wedding Kalakar India and our website shop.weddingkalakar.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s Bank Account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

  1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Returns and refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product received
• Missing items in the package
• Product received in unusable condition

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proper proof.

  1. VIDEO PROOF REQUIREMENT

To claim any damage, missing item, or wrong product issue, customers must record a continuous video while opening the parcel.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed parcel
• Shipping label
• Complete unboxing process
• Product and packaging materials

Claims without proper unboxing video proof may be rejected.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Personalized or customized products
• Wallpaper stickers
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Change of mind purchases
• Products ordered by mistake
• Products disliked after delivery
• Used products

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or the order has been confirmed.

  1. PARTIAL PAYMENT / ADVANCE PAYMENT ORDERS

For orders placed with partial payment, advance payment, booking amount, or Advance COD:

a) If the parcel has already been dispatched and the customer refuses delivery, does not accept the parcel, remains unavailable, or requests cancellation after dispatch, the advance payment shall be treated as non-refundable.

b) In such cases, actual courier charges, return courier charges, handling charges, and applicable GST will be deducted from the amount paid.

c) Both forward shipping charges (warehouse to customer) and return shipping charges (customer back to warehouse) will be deducted.

d) If any balance amount remains after these deductions, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

  1. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If a customer:

• Refuses delivery
• Does not answer courier calls
• Provides incorrect address details
• Requests cancellation after dispatch

The order shall be treated as a return-to-origin (RTO) shipment.

In such cases, actual shipping charges, return shipping charges, packaging costs, and GST will be deducted before processing any eligible refund.

  1. COURIER DELAY OR COURIER COMPANY FAULT

While we always try to deliver orders on time, delivery timelines are dependent on third-party courier partners.

If a shipment is significantly delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or otherwise affected due to courier company fault and the issue is verified by us and the courier partner, the customer may be eligible for:

• Full refund, or
• Free replacement,

depending on the circumstances of the case.

Wedding Kalakar India will make every reasonable effort to resolve such cases in the customer’s best interest.

  1. DAMAGED PRODUCT PROCEDURE

If you receive a damaged product:

• Take clear photos of the product
• Take photos of the outer packaging
• Share the unboxing video
• Email all evidence with your Order Number

After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.

  1. WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If an incorrect item is delivered:

• Inform us within 48 hours
• Provide photos and unboxing video
• Share your Order Number

Upon verification, we will arrange replacement or suitable resolution.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Step 1: Product reaches our warehouse.

Step 2: Product inspection and verification.

Step 3: Refund approval.

Step 4: Refund initiation within 48–72 hours.

Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, and financial institutions.

All disputes, claims, and legal matters arising from purchases made from Wedding Kalakar India shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts located in Kota, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
