Return Policy Summary

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, certain products like personalized gifts and wallpaper stickers are non-returnable due to their customized nature. For other products, customers can initiate a return or replacement if they receive a damaged or incorrect item. This requires immediate notification within 48 hours of receiving the product, supported by a video showing the unboxing. Upon review, Wedding Kalakar will arrange a return or replacement.
