Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Personalized Gifts: Personalized gifts, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed. Please ensure to double-check your specifications before placing an order for these items.

Bridal and Groom Accessories, Home Decor items, Gifts, Wedding Outfits, Surprise Gifts: We gladly accept returns of these items if you are not completely satisfied. You can return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The items should be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all the tags and invoices intact. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Wallpaper Stickers: Wallpaper stickers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Wedding Guide Services: Once a service is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Any payments made are non-refundable.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that the Personalized Gifts cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, within 7-10 business days after the return of the product. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will be processed to a bank account provided by the customer.
